Often I think that I wouldn't have picked me to be the best person to marry my wife, or parent my kids, or serve God's people. It's so encouraging to know that Jesus knew all about me, my weaknesses, and my failures, but He still picked me for all those things. Thank you Jesus for your grace!

Amen. I too don't believe I should've been picked for anything but God is so gracious and so wonderful to us. He picks us despite ourselves! It is so humbling and so encouraging to be His. May He use us mightily for His glory!

I love the working together of the Father and the Son! It’s blessing to see the son laying down His life for me, and easy to forget that it is “according the the Father’s will” ... yes, My God is also my Father who loves me!
