It’s so unspeakably awesome that we can actually know God’s will. And I love how it’s described... partly from yesterday’s reading and into today’s: that all wisdom is summed up in one thing (whether it be in heaven, or on earth): Christ. In whom is Salvation. In whom we believe. In whom we are sealed with a promise. And then, to top it off, that promise is made by a pledge, by His Holy Spirit, and by that we can be sure we are redeemed.
I was pretty crabby today, so I really needed to read that the "mystery of His will" was to gather me (and everyone else) to Himself. As a young Christian, I never thought I was going to make it to heaven. It's nice to be able to stand on the fact that He's made my end sure. Good words to end the day with :)
