Something that struck me here is how we as believers find it so hard (at times) to share our faith purely for the Love of he Lord and others, yet, these folks were very eager and happy to do it for an impure motive. Need to examine my heart

This struck me because of how I think about the LGBT christian community, and often worry that when they share the gospel, it is somehow detrimental. I get stuck in the mindset that we preach the only true Gospel, and other denominations and Christians teach a lesser Gospel. While it is true that some cults distort the Gospel, I should be praising God when a member of the LGBT community is preaching the Gospel, preaching Christ crucified and risen, even if they are doing it while in sin and not always with the right motives. It is still the Gospel, no matter who it comes from, no matter how lost in sin they are. (I use the LGBT because personally that's who I consider in this situation, but truly it applies to anyone who preaches the Gospel while in sin, knowingly or not)
